What are your shipping policies? TOP
- All orders are shipped Monday - Friday within 24 hours of purchase via USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day.
- Domestic shipping charges are flat $6.00. International shipping charges are slightly higher.
- Your purchased items will be packaged in a manner that protects them from moisture. Damaged packages do not happen often, but when they do, please email us and we will gladly replace the damaged items or issue a refund. At that time, we will file a damage claim with USPS.
What are your return policies? TOP
We want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases. Our products may be returned for a store credit within 30 days of original purchase, provided they are unopened and in "like-new" condition. Any shipping on returns will be at the expense of the buyer. The returned goods must include a copy of the receipt, your e-mail address, shipping address and phone number. Please email us for a return authorization number. That way we know it is on it's way!
Do you accept major credit cards? TOP
Our checkout is set up through PayPal which accepts major credit cards. This is the safest method of payment for the consumer. PayPal does not pass your credit card information to the merchant so therefore your credit card information is only known by PayPal.
What if I need my purchase immediately? TOP
On the occasions that you need your purchase immediately, please email or call us for specific shipping costs and delivery times. We will discuss the different service options and costs associated with expedited deliveries with you and send you a PayPal invoice based on the service you select.
Are the fabric cuts in continuous cuts if I order more than one yard? TOP
Yes...for example, if you order 5 yards, you will receive one 5 yard cut.
